Take Interstate 5 South to the Front St./Civic Center exit. Take the left-hand fork marked 2nd Avenue. After two blocks, make a right on 4th Avenue. Proceed 8 blocks and make a right on F Street into the Horton Plaza Parking Garage. From Highway 163 South, proceed downtown until Highway 163 becomes 10th Avenue. Make a right on F Street and proceed 6 blocks into the Horton Plaza Parking Garage.

Coming from the South:

Take Interstate 5 North, exit at 6th Avenue. The off-ramp becomes Elm Street. Follow Elm to 4th Avenue and turn left at 4th Avenue; go 11 blocks to the intersection of F Street and turn right into the Horton Plaza Parking Garage.

Coming from the East:

From Highway 94 West, follow to the end where it becomes F Street. Continue to the intersection of F Street and 4th Avenue. The Horton Plaza Parking Garage is just past the intersection. From Interstate 8 West, exit Highway 163 South and follow to end where it becomes 10th Avenue. Follow 10th Avenue for 7 blocks to F Street. Turn right on F Street and proceed 6 blocks to the Horton Plaza Parking Garage entrance at 4th Avenue and F Street
